Analog/Digital flashing corner

Hi all,
I recently unplugged my PC from the monitor. When I plugged it back in it wouldn't recognise the monitor with an analog and digital sign flashing the the top left corner. I connected my monitor to my macbook, and it works fine.
Any hints? This has never been an issue before.
