an e-mail question

When I was using AOL dial up, I could check to see if my e-mail had been opened yet on the receiver end. If not I could retrieve it. My DSL server doesn't seem to have that option. Is there a utility that I can purchase or download that would give me that option? I'm currently using Outlook Express. Thank you.

Mark the mail to have receipts

Open OE, go to tools then options. Click on the receipt tab and mark it so all mail has a receipt.

that I would rather not do that. I don't like to ask for a receipt. I've found that sometimes people won't even open up an e-mail if it requires a return receipt.

(NT) (NT) That's the only option with OE
