Hi - I have the original MS tutorial book for Office and the CD that goes with it. Nothing like that in it, your Prihodka certainly beats anything else. Thanks. Amos.

Word (only) - ALL commands and keyboard shortcuts

How would you like a list of ALL the commands in Word? Within Word there is a command to assemble ALL Word commands into one document - for your own printing. This works for Word 2002 and 2003 (I tried both), and I do believe earlier versions had a similar command. You can do this in under one minute...

With any Word document open, just select:
Tools>Macro>Macros
Macros in: Word commands
Macro name: ListCommands
click [Run]
select ''All Word Commands''
click [OK]

This will create a new document containing a table, with over 1000 entries, showing:
All the commands (keyboard, or menu selections, or macros) and the keystrokes, or selections, to get to it.
IT WILL BE MANY PAGES BIG!

From there you can sort them (command: Table>Sort, Sort by: Key, ascending),
and select the rows that have no keys listed (they are just the macros), to delete them.
Those remaining 200+ will be all the shortcut keyboard Word commands.

By reducing the font size, and making it two-column you can easily get this down to just 3 pages. Very handy.
