Imagine the stories you could tell.
In fact, you envisioned/pictured it...brought it up
Now you claim it would make you sick?
I laugh.
I step in pile of manure. Not so funny to me.
See the difference? It starts with the manure.
about what movies the president might like...with the punchline being 'ones with black actors'. It's not even worth a giggle but try to find a US made movie these days without black actors. They just about don't exist. But I agree that Al Sharpton's involvement does nothing for her but probably plenty for Al. It keeps his face in news print plus helps Al S. to establish himself as the one who doles out penances for white people who make remarks that are potentially offensive to the black community. lt seems to me that Mr. Sharpton has plenty of his own forgiveness to seek before setting himself up to be the go-to person for others who might need the same help.
If black people are caught watching black films with black actors then we who are not black are supposed to pretend blindness about it, and certainly never mention it.
the first "black actors" on TV. Nurse with a bedpan on GH e.g., and NO speaking.
Hard to believe highly-evolved white guys could be that foolish. They canceled Nat Cole's little show because of racist mail, and my Mom would have bought anything he was selling.
tabloids and such at the supermarket checkout I wonder, "Who ARE these people?"
Sometimes I get the same reaction from your posts, James. ![]()
