Amy Pascal Kisses Al Sharpton's Butt

Dec 21, 2014 4:46AM PST
It's so funny the contortions Liberal must go through when their real thoughts slip out into the public arena.

"The Rev. Al Sharpton and Sony Pictures Entertainment
co-Chairman Amy Pascal will meet face-to-face for the first time since
her racial emails regarding President Obama were leaked by the hacking
group "Guardians of Peace.....she and Mr. Rudin joked in multiple exchanges about the kind of movies and Hollywood stars Mr. Obama might have an affinity for, although all of them centered around his race."

It's not like she made it public. It's not like she didn't express herself honestly on what she thought within a limited context to a friend. Why then make a "pogromige to Al Sharpton" which just makes it worse? Al Sharpton? What the heck does he have to do with it? He isn't a member of Obama's cabinet, nor even his friend. This is all about putting some more Liberal Afro-Sheen-ola on, nothing more.

I laugh.

I step in pile of manure. Not so funny to me.

See the difference? It starts with the manure.

What I read was she made a corny joke

about what movies the president might like...with the punchline being 'ones with black actors'. It's not even worth a giggle but try to find a US made movie these days without black actors. They just about don't exist. But I agree that Al Sharpton's involvement does nothing for her but probably plenty for Al. It keeps his face in news print plus helps Al S. to establish himself as the one who doles out penances for white people who make remarks that are potentially offensive to the black community. lt seems to me that Mr. Sharpton has plenty of his own forgiveness to seek before setting himself up to be the go-to person for others who might need the same help.

that's the new whine

If black people are caught watching black films with black actors then we who are not black are supposed to pretend blindness about it, and certainly never mention it.

the first "black actors" on TV. Nurse with a bedpan on GH e.g., and NO speaking.
Hard to believe highly-evolved white guys could be that foolish. They canceled Nat Cole's little show because of racist mail, and my Mom would have bought anything he was selling.

Sometimes I get the same reaction from your posts, James. Happy

I love how, for some people, the most grotesque photo image is used over and over...until someone takes one that's even worse and it takes the place of the previous.
