If you burn it as a data CD, you can store all of the music files on one disk. However, the downside is that it won't be playable on most CD players, only computers. On the other hand, if you burn it as an audio CD you can have almost complete compatibility, but are limited to 74 or 80 minutes per disk. Thus, you'd have to divide the collection up among 13 CDs. So, if you're just backing the music up in case of computer failure, burn one CD using your software's data option, but if you want to play in on the go, get a small spindle and set it to "audio."
Hope this helps,
John
I have 16.5 hours of audio in iTunes right now but it only occupies 433 mb. If I burned it to CD would I have to use multiple CDs because it is audio or could I use one cd because the 16.5 hours is only 433 mb?
