amdkmdap chrash and recover, bsod in a new system

hey guys i have a build a brand new system with this specs:

i7 4790k 4,4 ghz
z97 msi gaming 7 motherboard
R9 280x
8gb ram vengeance (from a old build)
2tb seagate
850 watt corsair psu

windows 8.1 pro 64bit

i made this build a few weeks ago and i have experiencing some trouble, some crashes and amdkmdap chrash and recover. everything i brand new except RAM, and the GPU. everything was new installed i have no driver problems. maybe you guys know what to do and how to fix it, i also don't have overheating problems in my build for the one who is gonna ask.

I've searched on google what the problem may be, now the stupit thing about amdkmdap crashes it can be anything, so i posted this on the forum so the people who may have had the same experiences maybe know a solution or something. i did my research to amdkmdap crashes before i wanted to post something on the forums.

The problem then is that if it can be everything, there's only a small chance that it's the same thing with you as with the member that had it and happened to be able to solve it also.

But since it seems to be related to the videocard, how about trying another one? Maybe even Nvidia in stead of AMD?
