It was in your post and a very new card. OK. Off to work.

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-r9-290x-hawaii-review,3650-29.html notes a PEAK 335 Watts so we'll want a minimum of 2X that on the +12 RAIL to stay out of trouble and have a machine that works for years.

The PSU link didn't give enough specs but gave me pause as I read "Two independent +12V rails improve power signal stability" and with the total PSU Wattage is 730W I'm thinking this may be too close to call.

That is, I would not push such a system out but you could decide it's good enough and go forward.
