AMD Problem . Please help

Okay so I reinstalled my windows . Installed all my drivers including the latest AMD Crimson driver . I have a Radeon HD 8570M .
But then I noticed my pc was using the integrated Intel HD card and normally I clicked on AMD Settings only to see this

I also tried uninstalling with guru and then installing again but with no succes . What can I do ? I can ensure you the video card is fine as it was working perfectly before reinstalling . But I was using an older driver , back from the Catalyst period . I could try to install that one again and solve all problems but I just can't remember which one was it and can't really find it anywhere .
