is not a problem with flaky memory?

Or the shutdowns due to the CPU overheating, especially since you replaced the mobo you had to reinstall the CPU/HSF. Did you properly completely clean off the old thermal paste or remnants of a pad and then put a thin layer of fresh compound on??

CPU and HSF on???

How did you buy it??

Also memory goes bad or arrives bad. Run memtest. It should run with zero errors for hours.

Put it on a floppy and run the test with one stick of memory in the system at a time.

Maybe you need to tell us more about the computer type etc. This writer ***-u-me d that you bought the mobo and assembled the system yourself.

Did you actually buy an assembled computer that happened to use an Asrock mobo??

Asrock is the "value" models built by Asus.
