Is there much of a difference between the 4200 and the 4400? Is the 4400 worth the extra money or not? I'll have a sli motherboard with 6800gt gfx card.

512kbx2 and 1024kx2

in addition the 4400 is faster
but as the PR implies, not by a whole ton

hardly

Take a perfect example:
Two Athlon 64's(a 3200 and 3400)
3200=2.2GHZ w/512K
3400=2.2GHZ w/1MB (there is another varient of the 3400)

Bench them, and you hardly see a difference.

Go with the 4200 unless it's not that much more(I forget the prices)
