That GPU is power hungry.

Let's call it 100+ Watts just for the video card.

Let's hear a lot more detail about your PC. Make, model of the PSU in particular so I can see if it's just another power shortage (not short, but not enough power.)

What do you mean "Can't run"?
Apr 25, 2018 1:53PM PDT

The PSU is not a model I'd use. The +12V is split rail has only 30A per rail. It may get overtaxed and fail to boot or buckle under the load.

Since I don't have a clear picture of what "can't run" is, at least we know the PSU could be an issue.

Tell more. Especially about the BIOS version. It must be current.

Literally

Literally it doesn't even run, like even spinning its fans and all, It works on other computers (the RX560) but not on mine, BIOS: American Megatrends Inc. F1, 3/24/2014. Btw. the vcard is MSI Aero ITX RX560 4G OC

While the PSU is suspect.

The BIOS looks to be out of date. If the machine turns on but does not show the BIOS, then I update the BIOS.

You have to be detailed about "it doesn't even run". I could guess no power up or a hung boot.

At this point the suspects are motherboard and PSU. Also the manual calls out power connections. All skill levels arrive here so the manual shows this.

What did you connect there?

Put the card in your machine.

Watch the fans inside the case.

Power the machine on.

Do any fans spin?
