Amazon prime

The majority of our TV programs we watch are on netflix and amazon prime. Netflix works flawlessly on our ps3, amazon prime however contanstly loads, freezes and sometimes does nothing. We have comcast high speed internet that never gives us issues on our pc's, any ideas?

Today is not a good day to report this as there is some big weather events going on. I know folk don't care about that but a lot of issues are being caused by this event. Some consumers will not care about that and will demand it be fixed. Mother Nature wins this round.
