Question

amazon.com won't load on any browser

Sep 14, 2017 6:20AM PDT

First of all thanks in advance if you can help me with this as It's really really frustrating...

So the issue is whenever I go on amazon.com on my mac laptop I get the 'this site cannot be reached www.amazon.com took too long to respond, please check etc etc...'

the kicker is it works on my mobile and tablet, just not the laptop.

Another strange thing is that I have moved apartments (I'm OS so i'm going between air bnb's) since I first started to get this error, therefore I've had 2 separate wifi providers and niether of which allow me to open the site- so it must be something internally with the mac laptop and not the wifi.

I can't get on to audible.com either which is an Amazon company.

I've tried clearing my cache, and that didn't work.... anyone had the same kind of issue or have any suggestions?

I've also tried on Chrome, safari and firefox all with the same result.

If you need any more info please let me know...

Again thanks in advance for your help!

Regards
Chris
