amazon app

hi. i have a 8500 series.
when the hub updated my amazon app works but on the home screen it shows the filter option with a green B button. i can not remove it. i can select it to change filter options but thats it. is this the new normal? i cant stand it...thanks for any help...joe

Yes.

Samsung has decided that featured apps can't be removed from my prior readings. Be sure to call app bugs and issues in. If it's unacceptable move to returning the product. It's the only way companies today learn.

No longer. But then I turned off Smart Hub.

I found it to bug out 2 or more times a year and now that Samsung is pushing more adverts, I went with another streamer.
