Am I truly free of a trojan worm? Am running updated win10

I got the infamous popup about having a Trojan worm, I should call to get rid of it. I didn't do that. Ran a virus scan of my computer which showed no viruses. Am I safe? Thank you for your help. I know next to nothing about computers.

Misleading Pop-ups

These pop-up is generated when the user access some non-trusted website. I recommend that the user should enable the firewall and install the pop-up blocker as well. I further recommend use of a good antivirus software as well.
