Am I the only person not allowed KITKAT

May 15, 2014 9:37AM PDT

on my 3 month old Samsung Galaxy Note 3? I have watched after each area in Europe have been given KK. Living on Tenerife is bad enough when it comes to IT but this delay is out of order. How do I do something about this, ie is there a site which will help me? Thanks in advance.

The reasons for no OS updates is rarely the phone's maker. It usually is the carrier and they usually roll it out in waves since to roll it out to everyone would cause an overload to support centers.

Wait a while or move forward with the custom ROM

Well, seeding the update entirely depends on your vendor I have heard that Samsung has planned to update the note 3 to the KitKat, and it is seeding the update I wonder what's taking then too long. Anyway wait a bit more update will soon pop out for you. But if you can't wait to have a break with KitKat I would say you can always try the custom ROMs available like Cyanogenmod, Slimbean etc.
