Although it would appear that your specs would support Windows 10, there have been a few companies that refuse to supply updated drivers for their hardware and the new Windows 10 OS. I've got one HP computer which has an Intel i3-2130, 3.4 GHZ, dual core processor with an integrated Intel HD Graphics card, with 6 GB of RAM but HP and Intel will not be updating their graphics driver for the machine. I've had to stick with Windows 7 because I don't want to live with the default driver that Microsoft provides.

Hope this helps.
