I bought a samsung LN-T5271F back in Feb 2008, in the past couple of months it's started doing black horizontal lines, with a flickering picture along the right half of the screen. I called samsung and they contacted the local tech to come out. When they called the local company called the first thing the girl asked was did I have an extended warranty, to which I answered no. she said to try to call samsung and see if i can buy the extended warranty because otherwise the new part (she thinks its the panel from what i described) is over $1200...They don't even want to send over a tech to actually LOOK at the TV to make sure it is what they think it is... After 3 years is Samsung really going to let me buy an extended warranty? Should I even bother? Or should I just start looking for a new TV?
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
