The reason we're saying no is it sounds like you are trying to circumvent the limitations imposed by your employer or the owner of the network. That falls under the prohibition against "unlawful access to any computer hardware, software, networks, or any other systems."

If this is the case the only response we can give is to ask the owner of the network or the IT department for permission/access. If this is not the case, and you own the network, then you shouldn't need to bypass it but just change the settings. For that you can consult the owner's manual.
