I have purchased new LED UA55ES8000R and i was not supplied AllShare software along with the TV. When contacting the supplier, he said they don't have any idea about such software.
can you please provide me a link to download this software ?

Thanks for your message. But just so you know: if you want Samsung support, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for India. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) Thanks for your reply and information, I agree that you support only USA product but would you mind providing a technical support on common features of Samsung products? The problem is, for Indian market they do not have dedicated support forum and also guys are not fully aware about features Samsung provides. When I talked to few people many of they are not even aware about DLNA and AllShare software.
Anyway I have installed AllShare and majority of features are working perfectly right. I only cannot see a list of files in many folders, especially a folders of my Video CD, I can see and play some files from DVD folder.
Can you please let me know if it requires any specific configuration or foramt? I think what I have is .mpeg files.
