Allow this program to continue?

im converting some, actually a lot of my music to a different format, but vista keeps popping up during the conversion telling me to allow this program to continue. now, its a lot of my music, and this is happening a lot. its gonna take me a week to do this.
is there a way to make it so i click it once, and vista will remember and not ask me again? maybe turn it off?

Maybe turning off UAC will help. It's described in http://www.petri.co.il/disable_uac_in_windows_vista.htm

If it doesn't help, tell more, such as what program you use and what exactly the message is.
