A recent funeral as Palestinians are honoring a fallen Palestinian bomber who was shot dead by Israeli police.

Psalm chapter 7

11God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day.

12If he turn not, he will whet his sword; he hath bent his bow, and made it ready.

13He hath also prepared for him the instruments of death; he ordaineth his arrows against the persecutors.

14Behold, he travaileth with iniquity, and hath conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood.

15He made a pit, and digged it, and is fallen into the ditch which he made.

16His mischief shall return upon his own head, and his violent dealing shall come down upon his own pate.

17I will praise the LORD according to his righteousness: and will sing praise to the name of the LORD most high.

Seriously?
Jan 31, 2015 2:33AM PST

I see no humor in somebody dying, and I could care less whether or not they are Muslim, Christian or Jewish.

Anyone clearly flying the 'conservative Christian' flag like you do and posting such drivel should perhaps re-read the book you claim to adhere to. Or are you unable to leave your compound? ROTFL

I suggest

that you post on some ISIS/Taliban/etc website your feelings and remind them that they shouldn't cheer when they kill innocents.....maybe they'll listen to you since most of their victims are actually Muslims/Islamists.

>>>I see no humor in somebody dying, and I could care less whether or not they are Muslim, Christian or Jewish.>>>

If I remember correctly, Palestinians were dancing and celebrating in the streets on 9-11......they seem to find much humor in death......when it happens to others, of course.

I Corinthians chapter 6

"...do you not know that the saints will judge the world? If the world is judged by you, are you not competent to constitute the smallest law courts? Do you not know that we will judge angels? How much more matters of this life?... "

The wicked, the violent, the terrorist,....

Psalms 7;

9 Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just: for the righteous God trieth the hearts and reins.
10 My defence is of God, which saveth the upright in heart.

But Jesus might
Jan 31, 2015 9:44PM PST

Re-read the New Testament. Jesus is the ultimate Socialist. I mean feeding the hungry and healing the sick and taking care of the poor. He never mentions gays or abortion. BTW Jesus was a flaming liberal. He was killed by the conservatives of his day.

(NT) I'd say Jesus was more the ultimate apolitical.

They weren't Christian
Feb 1, 2015 4:17AM PST

they weren't trying to kill Christians, but Jews. I only mentioned Karma, which is Buddhism. So why all the anti-Christian comments? Don't you believe it's justice if a bomb intended for terror misses it's target and instead harms those who supported the terrorist instead? I can live with that sort of justice, especially since it's self inflicted.

Stephen Fry explains what he would say if he was 'confronted by God'

The weekly show features discussions about the purpose of life, religion, and what happens after death. A clip released ahead of Sunday's screening saw Fry discussing his views on God from his perspective as an atheist.

"Suppose it's all true, and you walk up to the pearly gates, and are confronted by God," asked Bryne. "What will Stephen Fry say to him, her, or it?"

The 57-year-old replied: "I'd say, bone cancer in children? What's that about?

"How dare you? How dare you create a world to which there is such misery that is not our fault. It's not right, it's utterly, utterly evil.

You claim that

You will not be my judge, but I may be yours.

I posted a question that someone MAY ask you (as gatekeeper) and you have no response to that question.

Still serving your apprenticeship I take it.

I think you're stretching things a bit by speculating that YOU MAY be a Judge....even here on planet Earth, let alone on the other side.

An answer exists but his question is a human one.
Feb 1, 2015 4:52AM PST

That answer isn't understandable by humans anymore than a human trying to explain to his elderly and sick pet why this trip to the vet will be its last.

and it didn't seem to register. There are some things humans are not capable of understanding regardless of how phrased. I suppose it's by design. Humans will continue to seek. When seeking ends, it's done...finito.
