Indications of ongoing problems, like this resident's tweet BBC posted. (I didn't copy the name or hashtag; they're on the page.)

"I thought another blast furnace went. I hope nobody was hurt. The steel works is the heart of this town, our workers (sic) Notre Dame. I can see the fire now. Who will rebuild this? TATA? Who will rebuild our town? We’ve been waiting for years."
No doubt you know TATA. Is this maybe the reverse of an American company in a Third World country, careless about safety? IMO that line would be straight, with low speed limit. How did a car go over?

Nothing green about a steel mill's valley. Sad
