All songs on itunes how do i get on my samsung mp3 plz

PLz plz plz help me i just bought a sansung 20G mp3 player and i cant get any songs on it bcus when i search for songs in the samsung media player or windows media player no songs are found its becus my songs r all in itunes, and those 2 media players (windows and samsung) 4 some reason dont find them and i cant go from itunes to the mp3 becus whoa that wood b way too easy so it sucks plz help me!
