All my Internet@TV Apps Deleted

by RTDempire / September 6, 2011 3:07 AM PDT

Has this happened to anyone else here? Running a UNc558000 LED. I went to start my MLB.TV app, and it said Internet@TV must be updated, so i clicked Update, and it proceeded to delete all of my apps. I thought this was just the first step, and it would put back the 'updated' apps, but it didnt do anything, it just deleted everything then stopped.

Was able to reinstall...

I think it was a matter of the server being down...but once I redownloaded the Apps i wanted (mlb.tv, netflix, hulu, blockbusyer, youtube, pandora, etc.), I got a new 'needs to update' message and it downloaded all of these other apps, ie. BBC, Fandango, 3D something, etc., then 5min ago, i went to access the mlb.tv app, and I once again got the 'needs to update' message, and it deleted those same BBC, Fandango...apps it made me download.

Similar issue with Internet@TV deleting apps
by tony-ingram / September 17, 2011 2:11 AM PDT

Hi, I have been having similar issues with my LN46C650 for months now. I have called in to Samsung support and done the online chat help but none of it has helped. The reps have had me reset the tv as well as reset the internet@tv app and nothing helps...

I have verified with the resets above that the TV is NOT in store mode... and pressing the enter key for a long period of time does not put it in store mode, it basically does nothing... I tried to hold it down for 30+ seconds...

Does not work
by zudicof / September 1, 2013 4:17 AM PDT

I tried holding the Exit button while my Samsung TV was on and it never went to or offered a reset mode. It did nothing after holding the exit button for well over 60 seconds.

Hi zudicof,

Sorry to hear about that. What's your product's model number?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
