All in one PC problem

Hello to everybody , I have a huge problem with my AIO pc , I have windows 10 on it and I clicked Reset windows and after it reinstalled I cant past trought the personalize (country name language keyboard ) after I click next to that it appears another personalize board and it keep sending me back to the previous personalize board(keyboard language and country), and I cant change that neither because I cant acces the BIOS even with a keyboard. So how can I change that windows version?

Because wrong BIOS flash could brick the computer. The new BIOS software to flash would be at ASUS. Hopefully the computer has an inbuilt flash utility, many do now.

But the problem is that I cant acces the BIOS to change booting options so it can reboot from a USB !

...that you are using to do so. Perhaps you are doing it incorrectly. On many computers the DEL key or one of the F (function) keys must be used.

Thank you a lot! I made it ! but now I encountered a new problem! when booting from a USB it all goes perfectly until it says to me to press a key, I'm pressing the keyboard but nothing happens!
