It's time to call it in and see what the next step is.
This will be lengthy with a ton of random details and things I've picked up on. Not great with computers but I at least have a clue.
My computer is a less than 2 month old Alienware. It's my first PC, but I'm pretty sure I've done a good job at keeping things up to date. Last night was gaming and the computer froze and crashed. Before it crashed I thought I saw something about a "Video Scheduler Internal Error." Earlier in the night I had noticed that windows needed to restart to finish an update. When the computer restarted it froze with the keyboard lit up but nothing on the screen. I held down power to power down. Upon restart the alienware logo came up, spinning circle spun, started to go to next screen and went blank. Eventually after power cycling a couple times, the Alienware screen decided to try and fix the problem. It booted me into a screen that said "PC did not start correctly" and gave me a list of options. I tried every option and searched all over the place. Eventually I decided to just factory reset to fix the problem.
Computer did the same thing upon boot up. After trying every trick I could think of, EVENTUALLY it let me re set up windows and see my desktop! (of course I had lost everything, but that's fine). The computer goes to sleep. I try to wake it. I go to log in and it freezes on the welcome screen. I power cycle it and it goes back to the same old story of keyboard lit up but nothing on the screen.
I am able to get to the automatic repair advanced options that many people talk about in here. From there I can access command prompt and such. I am just at a loss. Please help.
