Question

Alienware aurora m9700 won't power up

The power button shines solid orange. It won't do anything else though. I replaced the heatsink, the video cards and hd. I have reseated the memory and can try that but how can I tell if it's the MB? What does the solid orange light mean? The battery light and hd blue lights come on. There is nothing else that happens..nothing on the screen, no sounds, no fans. Zero. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I read it and it seems to end when they find a bad cap. Have you inspected for such?
