I'm not going to guess how much editing and such you did in film school but when you see troubles, go with what works.

Hi all!
I am a new freelancer, and for my first contract am running into some problems. Oh technology...
My footage has a LOT of aliasing. Here is what I am doing:
I recently bought a Sony A56 DSLR, which is the equivalent to the Canon DSLRs everyone has. I'm shooting at:
File Format: AVCHD 60i/60p
Record Setting: 60i 24M(FX) (I previously shot at 60i 17M(FH))
I am editing on Adobe Premiere Pro 5.5, and exporting as .mov, with a codec of H.264, Linear PCM. The aliasing appears when I view the raw footage via VLC, during editing in PP, and when I export as a .mov. However, when I export as a .mp4 (Codec: H.264) there is no aliasing.
Any insight would be much appreciated!
