I tried to reply to a previous post but for some reason could not. To those of you who want to switch from Comcast, DON'T. It's like jumping from the frying pan to the fire. This is one of the sleaziest crooked organizations you will ever encounter. They will not honor their commitments and send you on a wild goose chase within their organization. I'll spare you the details, it's a tale of how they waste hours of your time, disconnecting you, and passing you around the company over the phone. They know that once they start billing you and have your information, you have no choice but to pay them. I had everything in writing from their sales people but that did not do any good, they still overcharged me for their 1950s technology they call "legacy". STAY AWAY or deal with the consequences!
