AIRPORT CARD ISSUES !!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey guys, i have a little problem with my airport card. thanks to the istat widget i noticed that the income of kbs drops to 0 always for a couple of seconds thus interrupting the connection and making it skip when i have skype calls for instance

could someone help me out with this please.
