Class action.

FEBRUARY 5--It took almost three days, but the first lawsuit has been filed in connection with Janet Jackson's breast. A Tennessee woman yesterday filed a proposed class action lawsuit "on behalf of all Americans" who watched the Super Bowl halftime show and were somehow injured by Miss Jackson's adorned nipple.

The judge is already wiping his eyes after laughing this nonsense out of court.

Hey, if you can sue for reparations, you can sue for anything.

It seems the only way to make people think these days. I wonder how many people would join the suit if it got some traction, and there was a promise of a payout.

Hi, KP.

I don't agree with reparations, but there's alot better case for the descendents of slaves still sudffering residual damages than for this woman having suffered any!

Yes, but it might send a clear message to the entertainment industry.

Hmm, I see a racial prejudice counter claim arriving

Hell, why not? Your country sues over the most pathetic things, all just a sleazy excuse to make a buck. Shrug, you don;t like what I wrote? Sue me! ROFL
