AutobotVu,

I'm not able to tell from just this information alone. Are you getting this symptom from other sources as well, or just with the PC input?

Two suggestions come to mind - try changing the cable to see if that helps, and the other would be to check to see if you have the latest drivers installed for your computer's video card.

AutobotVu,

Unfortunately, if this is happening on all inputs, I'd recommend having a technician inspect the unit. Outside of resetting the unit (Holding down the EXIT button on the remote until you're prompted for a reset), there's not any more troubleshooting I can offer.

How much would it cost me to get looked at or what not?

If you bring it to a tech counter (for example: the shop where you bought it) the usual tariff in the USA should be something like $50 for the diagnosis and to offer a quote for repair. The price of the repair, of course, is highly dependent on what has to be replaced.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
