After upgrading to a new version super c does not launch

by biruot / September 6, 2008 3:41 AM PDT

I had an older free version of the super c"Simplified Universal Player Encoder & Renderer" it was working perfectly, after upgrading to a new free version it stopped launching.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the program for several times but the new version does not want to launch. There are no any error messages during the installation process, every thing seems to be fine, but after finishing the installation process the program won't launch "so after launching the program nothing is happening"

I'm using the latest free version of SUPER

What web site you are talking about? If you mean, I already searched for the solution with no success.

I didn't see your post in that other forum.

Looks like the issue is very well covered there.

"this means that either you do not have admin credentials on your PC, as outlined in
here or on our webpage where you have downloaded SUPER(C)

or, if you have admin credentials, you have absolutely no write access to your
Windows folder and all its subdirs, in other words you cannot copy any file to the Windows folder.

Fix this issue and SUPER(C) will run as a charm like it does on million of PCs.."

Thanks for the software recommendation. I'll try to fix the problem of getting access of the windows directories. And will post back with the result.

Thanks again,

Let me share that going to the source is usual the right path. I still didn't find an user name like your cnet one or a post within a day of your original post in the other forum.

Just sharing you may want to consider going to the source at times like this.
