After Reformating .. Can't find Drivers

Hey everyone, I just reformatted my hard drive but I have no clue where to find all the drivers I need. As of right now I just got finished reformatting and there is literally nothing on my hard drive right now except all the Vista Ultimate junk. I tried to connect to my wireless router but it cannot connect because I have no drivers. Can anyone give any tips on what to do next after freshly reformatting.
