After installing avast my laptop not access some websites

I'm spending 1440 DELL laptop after reinstalling win 7 operating system and install avast free avast resources from the homepage.

Then I let it scan the entire system can not detect the complete virus does. And I started to install the Chrome web browser is finished and start browsing http://vemaybaythanhhoang.com to book an air ticket to the U.S. to work without access to this website. Meanwhile on the other computer still normal.

Not Avast but you can fix it.

I do not find the option to fix this somewhere in avast

Then uninstall it for something else if no one answers.
