Fixed

Fixed myself.. the problem was for some reason the program couldn't find its own file inside the drive C or whatever .. all I did was right click whatever programs aren't working at click Run As Administrator and then they started to open again .. at first I went to drive C and tried to open my own folder in users but then it was taking a long time to open .. maybe that helped too .. oh well its fixed

Do you happen to know why you had that annoying check?

Anyway, I'd reinstall the programs that don't work anymore. Quite likely they work when you've done that.
