Clarification Request
Why the quad rail PSU?
Aug 15, 2017 9:46AM PDT

"+12V1 / +12V2 / +12V3 / +12V4"

These challenge the builder to measure loads and not overtax a rail. Are you an advanced builder with current measurements in hand and have checked out the loads?

There may be assembly errors too, but most folk shun multiple rails due to the complexity it brings.

Answer
Post codes

What does the manual say about those post codes in your vid?

You don't need a ssd or ram installed so remove those.

If it still won't stay powered move the mobo to a piece of cardboard.

If it still won't stay powered your down to 3 parts.
