Emachine T2825 winxp.servpak2 after blowing off dust from the inside of the computer, I plugged it back in and the power supply fan and the AMD processor fan both are on. I can hear what seems to be the harddrive getting some kind of activity. Nothing on the monitor. It does not appear to be booting up. No beeps just alot of wind. I have tried to push the power button down for 5 sec. and up to 10 secs. but it does not shut off. I have tried to clear cmos with the jumpers. no luck! What do you think? Dust bunnies shorting out with their lucky foot?
