In short, the spammers and virus emails are getting very clever. If you didn't expect an email, then delete it. Period! Dont' fret about it. Hit deletec and never preview it.
As to " I keep getting accused of sending a virus ", there other discussions why this is so. I will not write in depth about it since it's been covered dozens of times here, but in short....
When someone else catches a virus/worm/trojan, said pest will read their mail addresses that may contain your address and SPOOF an email so that it will look like it came from you.
It may sound bad, but you can't fix it. The issue is on someone elses machine if yours is free from virus/trojan/pests.

I have Norton on my system, and scan & update regularly. No virus has been found on my system, but I keep getting accused of sending a virus. How can I solve this problem.
