Affordable HDTV Set-Up: My Response

Jan 31, 2005 5:38AM PST

For some strange reason, I'm unable to respond directly to posts, so I'll have to answer here. I live in Philadelphia, PA and I'm a subscriber to Dish Network (satellite). On the whole, I'll be watching more TV than DVD's on a daily basis, which means dealing with 4:3 programs on a 16:9 set, and I'm concerned about the threat of burn-in. How much of a risk is that with plasma, LCD, DLP or CRT sets?
