No, Aero is a 3D DirectX based interface, and trying to run it on integrated graphics (which is all Intel makes) will likely lead to a less than optimal experience. Intel's chips are aimed at video playback, not gaming or general purpose stuff like Aero.
As many have found, you need to decide between Aero and performance sometimes. Good news is, is that Aero adds very little besides a little eye candy. There are only a few simple "nice to have" type features that are only possible via Aero. This is part of the price you pay for buying a low end machine.
One Of My Friends Brought A Laptop Hp Note Book Pro Which Has Intel I3 Processor Which Comes Pre installed with ubuntu.i installed Windows 7 ultimate 64bit edition Every thing went fine ,after installation Aero did Work ,i went to my computers properties ,windows experience score is not rated ,i run it, it gave 4.2 score but also no aero ,i searched drivers for this laptop now i found intel display driver,i installed it ,now aero is working but system will start very slowly,,compared to before ,is there any solution to turn on aero with out intel display driver
