Adware/AV Conflict.....Java,Shinwow.BA Virus

by Murph44 / February 2, 2006 7:08 AM PST

When I run my Adware my AV pops up and says I have this Java.Shinwow.BA virus. It doesnt give me any way to clean it out so i'm wondering if this isn't some sort of spyware rather than an actual virus. Can somebody tell me how to delete this from my PC?

When you ran Adware (Do you mean anti adware ? which one ?), your AV detected malicious activity. So the culprit may be your Adware.
