Advise for a usb print server

by vys707 / June 12, 2005 12:19 PM PDT

I am looking for a usb print server to use on a laptop pc(win Xp) with a d-link router to use on a HP all in one printer. I have tried a dlink DI-3G10 but found out after I attempted to set it up that it wouldn't not work on a multi-function printer. I tried he network ready HP 2610 but had major problems with it causing my new laptop to freeze and lock up. Any suggestions for a usb print server to use on a all in one printer greatlt appreciated

And the allinone to do anything more than just print. All the other functions are lost.

Hence... "a print server."

I bought a Brother MFC-420Cn, it has built in eithernet and ALL the functions; Print, Scan, Fax Send from a PC; work across the network. Not the fastest but works as advertised.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
