Advice Reqd on buying a MP3 Player

All,

I want to buy a MP3 Player (not necessarily mobile) which should have a very good sound quality, so that I can play the songs from my collection which i have stored in an external USB Hard Disk. I hate plugging the hard disk to my laptop everytime i want to listen a song and the sound quality of the laptop is never great...Plz suggest...

You want to be able to plug in the external harddrive to the device and play your songs that way?
Wouldn't that be kind of bulky?

Nope...the 80 GB hard Disk is very sleek...just a bit broader than my Nokia 6270..so if I can plug this to a MP3 player it would be a beauty...i am looking for something wherein i can even plug in add-on speakers which would rock my room!
