The old techs seem to have figured it out that QuickTech and others are rarely correct.
The old tech saves time by using their experience. They use a lot of concepts they collected over the years and the new techs are best served by the maker's diagnostic trees while they learn from the old staff.

Hi all,
First post here looking for some advice on pc diagnostic software for use in our pc repair shop. It needs to be bootable and work without the need of a working O/S.
Unfortunately google hasn't been much help yet. Lots of freeware tools like tuneup, malware and O/S based tools. These are not the tools we look for. We want to save time by using a professional tool. Only serious looking tool I found is this quick tech tool.
Has anyone used these before or can recommend other options?
Thanks your help.
