Not that I can pick one for you. But this is the list I start with.

Hey everyone,
I am in the market to purchase a new monitor for gaming. I currently have the AOC 29 inch ultra wide (AOQ2963PM), which I love for work, but not so much for gaming. I am looking to spend anywhere between $200-500, but of course would like to get the best "bang for the buck". I play games like NBA 2K15, Shadow of Mordor, Dragon Age, Witcher, etc. and do not play any FPS.
I have read about the TN panels that boast the 144hz and the G-Sync monitors. Do they come close to the picture of an IPS? Is the increase in refresh really worth it for the type of games that I play? If so, do you have any suggestions for specific monitors? If not, do you have suggestions for the best IPS monitors?
Thanks in advance,
Tom
