If it's that good they'll offer something.
While they balk at the mechanic check, always a good idea.
That's very old for a lease. My last lease return was only 2 years and a month old when I get it. Something's up. Get a Carfax at the bare minimum. Go ahead and google like this:
GM 2005 VIVO PROBLEMS.
My wife needs a car, and we're looking to buy a used 2005 car from a dealer.
We have never bought a used car before, so need some advice.
If the car is a lease returned vehicle with only 1 owner, and has done less than 50,000 miles, do I still need to get it checked out by a mechanic?
Or if it is a GM certified car, (yes, we're GM fans ) can I stop worrying about reliability or expensive future repairs?
If it helps, we're looking at Pontiac G6 V6 or Grand Prix base model since these are the only ones in our price range of < $15k
Thanks in advance.
