Advice for a HTiB a tiny area?

Sep 12, 2005 12:04PM PDT

Heyas folks, I just moved into a single dorm and I was thinking about getting a new system for it. My living area is pretty small roughly 9x7(Not including the recessed area wear my 27FS120 is and the rest of my electronics). The walls are concret and theres a big glass window so the sound is gonna get bounced around a bit.(I'm looking into getting some curtins for the window and something soft for the walls.) I'm just lookiing for a little something for watching movies and playing games. Right now I'm thinking about getting this refurbished Phillips HTS3410 or maybe a good set of computer speakers.

Anyways, does anyone have any suggestions on that Philips, or anyothemsr system, or just any suggestions in general? I'm trying to keep it under 150-200$.

I assume you have this dorm room to yourself, I hope!
Yes something like that would be fine for your room.
Curtins on the windows and a rug on the floor will be a big help. john
