Advice?

I currently have a Nokia 6255i on Alltel. I've had it about a year now, and it's starting to fall apart. I've loved this phone from the start, more so than alot of the phones they've released in the past year or so. It doesn't try to be cutting edge. It doesn't try look like an alien communicator. It doesn't lock you out of itself to make you pay for ringtone and application downloads. It's just a great phone.
All great things must come to an end, and so does this phone. It's been dropped probably upward of ten thousand times. Literally. Everytime I get out of my car, I forget that it's in my lap and it eats pavement. This has gone on for about 13 months. It's held together by scotch tape and the hopes and dreams of children, but it's still better than the Moto Krazr. I have to get a new phone soon, and Alltel has a list junk phones that nobody wants (at least not me). My contract is up this month, but I don't really want to switch carriers. I want a new phone, and I want a Nokia, but Alltel doesn't carry any Nokia phones that are BETTER than this one. T-Mobile and Sprint seem to be the only other two carriers that good any kind of good coverage around here. If you folks were me, and you had to have a Nokia (or something so awesome that it can even compare to Nokia), and you had to choose from Alltel, T-Mobile, or Sprint, which phone would you get? I want to keep the price bellow 250 bucks or so. Help me!
